When I first set it up it worked fine, but then it automatically updated and after restarting, the screen appears to be zoomed in and blurry. I say "appears" because when I go into settings to check the magnifier and screen resolution, they are all fine any adjustments make the screen look worse. I read that the new update can cause this, so I uninstalled the update and rollbacked the driver, but still the screen is zoomed in.
Then, for some reason when I booted up my computer yesterday, it appeared to have fixed itself. Exciting, but then when I booted it up this morning it was back to the same zoomed in appearance. All of the hardware is brand new and meant to run Windows 10, what the heck is going on? Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums. Do you have any graphics card installed? Try the Troubleshooting method below to help you with this issue. Method 1: Uninstall all the display drivers and the hidden display drivers too. Open Device manage r. Expand Display drivers and uninstall the driver , if you get a checkbox to delete it, check the box and delete it. Reboot the computer. Method 2: Update drivers from manufacturer website.
Visit your Manufacturer website, download and install the Display driver or the Graphics driver. If you still face the issue, reply to this post with more information.

It should have come with a graphics card I haven't done anything with the hardware. The possible causes could be the incorrect resolution configuration or faulty graphics drivers. You may want to try the steps listed below and see if it works for you:. Right click the Windows icon on the taskbar and choose Device Manager. Expand Display Adapters , right click on the display driver for your device and choose Update Driver.
Choose an older driver and click on Install. Wait for the installation to complete, reboot the machine and check the status of the issue. This could occur whenever the display scale factor of Windows PC changes while the user is logged in.

Even though the computer is brand new and came preloaded with Windows 10, is it still possible this is the issue? Sign out of the machine and sign in again to see if it worked. Its already on the recommended value. My computer screeb has also now started ocassionally flickering with a tint of turqouise blue.
